What is an ACTION GAME?
An action game is an immersive game where participants must overcome physical and mental challenges within a limited time. It combines speed, agility, and coordination challenges to test the abilities of players, whether working in teams or individually.
How many people are needed to make up a team?
Teams consist of 2 to 5 players. If you are 6 or more people, you can form several teams and play simultaneously.
Unfortunately, the game is not playable solo.
Who can play?
Do you have to be athletic to participate?
No need to be a top athlete! Each room offers challenges adapted to all levels, with different types of games: physical, tactical, cooperative..
Can pregnant women and people with reduced mobility play?
For safety reasons, the Activate activity is prohibited for pregnant women.
Some cells are accessible to people with reduced mobility. Please contact us to find out which rooms are suitable.
Are the challenges multilingual?
Yes, all challenges are available in French and English.
From what age can one play?
The game is suitable for ages 6 and up. For children between 6 and 12 years old, the presence of an adult player is mandatory.
Booking
I made a mistake with the date or time, can I change or cancel my reservation?
Cancellation and modification +72 hours before your reservation:
As stated in Article 5 of our Terms and Conditions, “In the event of cancellation by the Client more than 72 hours before the activity, the payment will be retained and a credit note for the amount of the payment will be generated to allow the client to postpone their game session within a period of six (6) months.”

As stated in Article 5 of our General Terms and Conditions, "If the Client cancels the reservation less than seventy-two (72) hours in advance, the full amount of the service will be charged and cannot be used as a credit note."
I don't know for sure how many of us there will be, can I still book?
Yes, you can add a player after your booking, up to a maximum of 5 people per team. If you exceed this limit, new teams will be created, depending on the remaining availability in your time slot. More details in the next question.
Can I add an additional player?
Reminder: A team = a maximum of 5 players. For groups of more than 5 people, several teams will be created.
- If you wish to add 2 or more players to your booking:
- You can make a new booking on the website for the same time slot. The players will be added to the team.
- If the slot is full, you can add players directly on site, provided that this does not require the creation of an additional team. Example: you booked for 6 players, i.e. 2 teams of 3, so you can add up to 4 more players.
- If you wish to add only one player:
- You can do it directly on site, without a reservation, as long as it does not require the creation of a new team.
- To add a 6th player, you can also do so on site, subject to availability, as a new team will need to be created.
Why can't we reserve just one ticket?
Because Activate is played with minimum of 2 players.
Can we pay separately?
You can pay separately for a minimum of 2 tickets. Multiple bookings can be made for the same time slot. On-site, bookings can be combined into a single team, with a maximum of 5 players per team.
Do you accept holiday vouchers?
We accept paper and Connect holiday vouchers, but only for on-site bookings. We do not give change for holiday vouchers, but you can complete your payment by credit card or cash.
Is it possible to come without a reservation?
Yes, it is possible to book directly on site. Subject to availabilityHowever, we recommend that you book online to guarantee your time slot.
Practical information for the big day
What should we wear to play?
We recommend you wear light, comfortable clothing (sneakers) that will allow you to move easily and take on the challenges. Closed-toe shoes are mandatory for safety reasons. High heels are not permitted.
Are there lockers and/or changing rooms?
Lockers with keys are available to keep your personal belongings safe.
Is there anything to drink and/or eat?
Drinks are available for purchase on site. Several tables are available in the reception area.
Is there a waiting area for accompanying persons?
Yes, a relaxation area is provided for people not participating in the game.
Should we plan to arrive early?
Yes, you should plan to arrive 15 minutes before the time indicated on your ticket.
